Typically, our clients enjoy five to six treatments annually, spaced throughout the year to align with key growth stages, from spring renewal through to winter protection. So you can expect a visit every 8-10 weeks, depending on the program you choose.

You’ll usually notice visible improvements including richer colour, stronger growth, fewer weeds within a few weeks of your first treatment. Some weed treatments you will notice get to work within hours.

We’ll always advise if you need to keep pets or children off the lawn for a short time after treatment, usually just a few hours but once it’s dry, it’s perfectly safe.

You can start or pause your plan at any time, though most clients choose to continue year-round once they see the difference consistent treatment makes.

We understand though that things happen, so you are able to cancel any time. If you do and have paid in advance or monthly, we will calculate the pro rata service supplied to you and adjust the amount accordingly.

Most of our products are rain-fast within a short period, and some actually perform better with light rainfall. We keep an eye on the weather and try to work with it instead of against it.

If heavy rain affects the success of any treatment, we’ll revisit and re-treat as needed, at no extra cost.

We’ll give you simple guidance before & after each visit. Typically, small steps like these help each treatment perform at its best:

• Mow the lawn 1–2 days before treatment, and 1-2 days afterwards. Avoid cutting straight away.

• Keep pets and children off the grass until it’s dry. Usually we advise at least 2 hours.

• Remove leaves regularly, try not to leave on for more than a couple of days.
