Scarification

If your lawn isn’t looking its best, hidden thatch under the surface could be the reason. Most builder’s turf is made with fescue grass because it’s easy to grow, roll, and lay but it tends to form runners above and below the surface that hold water and block air and nutrients from getting to the roots.

We can fix this by scarifying your lawn to remove the thatch, dead grass, and moss, helping it breathe and grow healthy again.

Scarification is part of our lawn renovation process, however we can sometimes offer it as a stand alone treatment to help get the most out of our seasonal lawn treatments.
